Housel Fun & Fitness was created by Mark Housel, award winning NJ Health and Physical Education Teacher.  Our children are in the middle of an obesity epidemic.  Some experts believe that this generation currently in school will be the first in American history to not outlive their parents lifespan.  Our mission is to empower and inspire children to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.
