Mark was named a 2023 Finalist for the SHAPE America National PE Teacher of the year. He was also the 2020 NJ PE Teacher of the Year. He is a National teacher workshop and keynote presenter, an adjunct professor at Monmouth University, and 3-time author.

Beth is in her 2nd year with HFF. She was a longtime math Teacher at Cherokee HS before moving to North Carolina. Lucky for us, she is back and runs most of our school year programs.

Gwen was the first-ever intern here at HFF. She is now a full-time teacher in the Riverside School District. She has been with HFF since 2022. She was a former college volleyball player at Kean University.

Josh is part of our student intern program. He is studying to be a Physical Education Teacher at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. He even got the opportunity to teach in the Dominican Republic.

Brittany has been an educator in the Tabernacle School District for the past 12 years. She currently teaches the Collaboratory/iSTEM program and the Gifted and Talented program. She was named Tabernacle Elementary School’s Governor’s Educator of the Year in 2015 and 2021. She has been with HFF since 2021

Evan is the 2023 NJ Elem PE Teacher of the Year. He is also an OPEN national trainer, presenting at health and PE conferences around the country. He was named Millstone Primary School’s teacher of the year in
2021-2022. He has been with HFF since 2023.

Jordan is part of our student intern program. He is studying to be a Physical Education Teacher at Monmouth University. He is a Div 1 athlete, captain of his track team, and holds a school record and several top-10 all-time marks for his events.

Karen is in her third year wih HFF. She has been a classroom teacher in NJ for the past 20+ years. She has been a teacher in the Evesham School District for the past 15 years.

Amy is our "do-it-all" person She runs our day-to-day operations. She also serves as a consultant to observe our teachers and help with quality control. She has been instrumental in helping with our direction over the years. She was a long-time teacher in Evesham before joining us in 2021.

Chip taught PE in NJ for 37 years. He is a former NJ State, Eastern District, and National PE Teacher of the Year. He is a national and international Presenter and Keynote Speaker. He is one of the original 4 "Jersey Boys"ands has travled to nearly every state in the US inspiring teachers.

Heidi is one of our consultants. She was a music teacher in the Evesham Township Public Schools for 28 years before retiring. She has been with HFF since 2019.

Randy is a fulltime PE Teacher during the school year but is also a musician. He has been with HFF since 2020. He was named Southampton Elementary School’s Governor’s Educator of the Year in 2021. Randy is a state and national teacher workshop presenter.

Jennifer is the 2023 NJ Middle School PE Teacher of the Year. She was named the Rochelle Park District 2018-2019 Teacher of The Year, and was a recipient of the 2022 Shape NJ Lake Conference “Spirit of The Lake” Award. She has been with HFF since 2016.
